About the website
The website at www.betech.dk (the webshop) is owned and operated by Betech A/S. The webshop sells only to business customers registered with a CVR (VAT) number. Consumer purchases are not possible.
Terms of trade are stated in Betech A/S' General Terms and Conditions and other terms below.

Prices, payment and credit rating
All prices are exclusive of VAT and any other public taxes. Delivery is made at the prices stated in the webshop at the time of order. Payment is made against invoice. Payment terms for purchases via the webshop are 15 days net after the invoice date. Execution of orders requires a positive credit rating of the customer company. Betech reserves the right to reject orders, even if the receipt of the customer's order is initially confirmed.

(Note: for orders through channels other than the webshop, a minimum order of DKK 3,000 applies as a standard condition). 

Delivery and freight
Betech undertakes delivery at the customer's expense and risk (ex works) to the delivery address specified by the customer in the order. A freight charge will be added depending on the value of the order (excl. VAT):

Varekøb ekskl. moms > 3.000 DKK: Fri fragt
Varekøb ekskl. moms 1.500 – 2.999 DKK: Fragttillæg 100 DKK
Varekøb ekskl. moms < 1.500 DKK: Fragttillæg 200 DKK

Delivery times
The expected delivery time stated in the product information in the webshop is an indication of when a shipment can be expected to arrive at the delivery address. The actual delivery time depends on the delivery location and the size of the order. The final order confirmation (pdf document that follows after processing the customer's order) shows the date of dispatch from Betech's warehouse.
