Thermiculite®

A breakthrough in heat and chemical resistance

Thermiculite® gasket materials withstand high temperatures (up to 1000°C and meet API 607 fire test) and are free from oxidation. Used in corrosive media, salt water environments and other critical services.

Sigma®

Ideal for food, pharmaceuticals and electronics

Sigma is suitable for processes ranging from cryogenic temperatures below -90°C and up to 260°C, and for sealing against virtually all chemical media across the entire pH scale.

FDA compliance and the clean nature of the material make it ideal for applications such as food, pharmaceuticals and electronics where product contamination must be avoided.

Spiral Wound Gasket (SWG)

For high-temperature, high-pressure applications

Flexitallic spiral wound gaskets (SWG) are the precision engineered solution for flange joints, heat exchangers, boiler hatches, manholes and other high temperature, high pressure applications. The SWG gasket resists virtually all known corrosive and toxic media and elements.

Corriculite

Corrosion resistance in seawater and hydrocarbon applications

A filler material for spiral wound gaskets that provides optimal sealing and corrosion resistance in seawater and hydrocarbon (hydrocarbonate) applications. Corriculite® is an innovative and cost-effective solution for proactive prevention and control of flange corrosion.

Ring Type Joints (RTJ)

Metal seals for very high pressure

Metal seals for pipe flanges under very high pressure in oil, gas and process plants, subsea, petrochemical, ammonia production etc.

Available in several types - RX, BX, Oval and Octagonal - and manufactured in accordance with industry standards API 6A, API 17D, ASME B16.20 or according to customer-specific needs.
