In the series of Perlast® FFKM elastomers are six rubber grades for O-rings and other types of rubber seals in the most challenging and critical industrial applications. Read more about the six super-materials on this page.
Betech is strategic solution partner for PPE Perlast® elastomer seals.
The Perlast range of perfluoro rubber materials is at the forefront of polymer technology. Developed by PPE - Polymer Precision Engineering Ltd - the FFKM materials offer superior sealing solutions with improved performance and functionality. The strong quality is proven by 20 years of successful use in the market.
Durable and functional seals in both extreme hot and cold temperatures.
Perfluoro rubber generally offers high chemical resistance, but Perlast grades G74S and G80A are particularly resistant to both alkaline and acidic media.
Mechanical properties such as tensile strength, tensile strength and settlement are very convincing.
Perlast rubbers meet requirements and approvals for food contact, sanitary and medical applications: FDA, 3A 18-03 and USP Class VI.
Secure sealing materials in high-pressure applications with gas generation or aggressive gaseous media where gases can occur rapid gas decompression - RGD
Perlast® FFKM materials have qualities and properties that make them particularly suitable for O-rings and other types of molded seals in the most challenging conditions in places as diverse as process and processing equipment in food production, aggressive chemicals, very cold or hot applications - also under high pressure - such as power generation, aircraft and satellite equipment.
