Efficient locking of nuts and bolts
Duboscweitzer bolt locking systems made of polyamide (PA 6) are ideal for locking, sealing and insulating your bolted joints. The system is universal for different bolt types and applications.
In addition to the friction locking, which effectively prevents the screw joint from rotating or loosening, the system is chemically resistant to alkaline media, solutions of inorganic salts, oils, greases and petrol, alcohol, diluted acids and sea water.

Avoid damaging corrosion in screw joints
Corrosion in screw joints can be avoided by combined use of Duboschweitzer insulator and locking ring. The anti-corrosion system is suitable for the following metal combinations:
- Aluminum - Steel

- Brass - Iron
- Anodized (anodized) aluminum - Iron
- Zinc - Tin

Duboschweitzer bolt locking systems made from polyamide (PA 6) are ideal for locking, sealing and insulating your bolted joints.
The locking ring provides both locking and sealing of the screw joint.
Circlip DSL has an inlaid, toothed element of galvanized spring steel and is used for particularly high tightening torques.

Locking and sealing around the screw head is achieved by controlled deformation of the locking ring.
The system provides active friction locking and seals against leaks by filling any voids in the joint.
