You will typically be in contact with employees in three key roles, each with their own area of expertise to ensure an efficient process and optimal solutions for the purpose:
Consultants - assists both the technical department and the purchasing function in your company - from problem identification to solution proposal and implementation. The consultant is the link that ensures that Betech's contribution to your development work and product solution is both qualified and effective.
The coordinator - handles all the practicalities of doing business with your company. The coordinator answers inquiries, prepares quotes and handles your purchase orders safely through to delivery.
The product expert - has extensive knowledge of technical rubber, sealing technology and every polymer-based product imaginable - and plenty of practical application experience.
