Happy New Year!
2024 is already well underway, and so are we at Betech. We're excited to share with you some of our plans and initiatives for the coming year.
Our cutting machines will have new, updated features that allow you to order gaskets and rubber blanks with an even more complex design. At the same time, we will have more efficient operation of the cutting and punching machines, so you can produce larger series even faster with us.
The highlights of 2023
2023 was a year of exciting developments at Betech. Here you can read about some of the highlights:
New robots and new shipping department
- At the factory in Bramming, we have expanded with a new goods reception and shipping department, where there are good loading ramps and access conditions.
- New and larger robots have been implemented in production, handling the rubber blanks at two of our molding machines and streamlining production.
More sustainability initiatives
During 2023 we have, among other things:
- Replaced all fluorescent lamps at the Bramming and Herlev locations with LED light sources
- Upcycled even more of our waste materials
- Reduced our gas consumption for space heating by installing heat pumps at the offices in Bramming.
Updated international website
This fall, we launched a new website that aims to provide inspiration from the industry's widest range.
Many of Betech's partners are global industrial companies. Therefore, the website has moved to an international domain - betechseals.com - and a technical platform where we can better offer relevant and up-to-date content for all visitors, no matter where in the world their company is located.
We continue the sustainable development
Sustainability work continues in 2024 with:
Further reduction of gas consumption for heating
We are implementing new and better control automation to reduce gas consumption for water and space heating.
Reducing CO2 emissions from freight transport
A large part of the molded rubber parts are produced at Betech's Chinese sister company. The raw material mixes will predominantly be manufactured locally in China to minimize freight transportation. In addition, we are exploring opportunities to offer molded part production from more nearby factories with competitive pricing and high product quality to the European market.
Constant CSR evaluation of the supply chain
By 2024, we will reach our goal of having at least 80 percent of Betech's procurement covered by a digital, standardized and recurring evaluation of suppliers' CSR commitment.

At Betech, we specialize in products based on elastomers such as rubber, silicone rubber and other polymeric materials. Among other things, we manufacture and deliver:
